Delivery, payments & refunds
Everything you agree to when you order online from Siddhi Farm. In short: we deliver fresh in Pune, you pay online in advance, and because our food is perishable we do not offer refunds — but we will always make a genuine problem right.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to home addresses within Pune only, to the pincodes shown as serviceable at checkout. If your pincode isn't covered yet, checkout will tell you — we're expanding our area over time. Enter your pincode on the shop to check before you order.
When your order arrives
At checkout we show a clear "Arriving by" date for your order. We prepare and dispatch fresh, so we deliver on set days of the week and your order is scheduled for the next delivery day. Each delivery day has a cut-off time — orders placed after a day's cut-off move to the following delivery day. The exact date always shows at checkout before you pay. Once your order is on its way and delivered, your order page updates to "Delivered".
Payment
All orders are prepaid. You pay securely online (UPI, cards or netbanking) through our payment partner Razorpay before the order is confirmed. We never see or store your card or UPI details. An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds; if a payment fails, no order is placed and any amount debited in error is reversed by your bank/Razorpay as per their standard timelines.
Cancellations & refunds
We do not offer refunds. Our eggs and chicken are fresh, perishable farm produce prepared specially for your order, so once an order is placed and paid it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
This is standard for fresh perishable food and is stated clearly before you pay. What we will always do is make a genuine problem right: if something arrives damaged, short, or not as described, contact us on the day of delivery with your order number (and a photo if possible) and we'll replace the item or sort it out personally. We stand behind every pack that leaves our farm.
Food safety & storage
Please refrigerate eggs at 4°C and keep chicken frozen at -18°C on arrival, and follow the storage and handling notes on each pack and on our Products page. Every pack carries a batch number and packing date traceable to our farm in Laul.
